After signing up you will be sent an email with login details and how to use your Call Organiser account.
After purchasing Call Organiser you will need the following information to hand in order to setup your account:
1. Your opening message i.e. (Welcome to "Hotchilli Internet").
2. A list of numbers you would like to use when calls are re-routed i.e. your mobile and/or office number.
3. The departments you will require i.e. "For Sales press 1, for Accounts press 2".
4. The business hours you keep and the numbers you would like to use outside these hours.
5. Anything you change will be live instantly.
If you have any problems setting up just give our support department a call on 0800 040 99 99 and they will be happy to assist.
